UK to build its way out of Covid economic collapse?

It is widely reported this morning that the UK Prime Minister, Boris Johnson, will shortly commit to a £1.5 billion school's re-building / refurbishment programme in England. If this materialises, it is good news for the construction industry generally and might substantially help some aspects of the engineering one. However, it is not yet clear how much of this is "new"money". Details of any similar arrangements in the rest of the UK are awaited.

Additionally, it remains to be seen what further expenditure is to be committed to infra-structure spending more widely.

The UK's proposed investment in school rebuilding and infrastructure is a positive step towards economic recovery. Increased construction activity could benefit related sectors like engineering. However, clarity on the funding source is crucial. Similarly, in Dubai, transparent and reliable notary services in Dubai are essential for legal aspects of such large-scale projects.
